EXHIBITION ORGANISER
The Organiser of the Congress is EuCornea. The Exhibitor is the company that signs and submits the online application for the table top exhibit.
TABLE TOP EXHIBITION SPACE COSTS
The cost per table top exhibit in the exhibition area is 5,000 euro.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
• A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the exhibition space is due on or before 9 March 2012
• Full payment for booth space is due by 30 April 2012
• In the event that full payment has not been received by 30 April 2012, the Organiser reserves the right to reallocate space.
ALTERATIONS IN THE REGULATIONS
The Organiser reserves the right to alter the present regulations with immediate effect in the event that orders from the local Authorities or other compelling reasons might make it necessary.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Notification of cancellation of a table top exhibit must be received in writing by the Organiser on or before 30 April 2012. If notification of a cancellation is received after 30 April 2012, a 25% penalty of the total cost of the booth will be incurred.
SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS
Special arrangements, if any, between the Organiser and the Exhibitor which are not included in the agreement shall only be binding when accepted in writing by the Organiser.
SATELLITE MEETINGS
The EuCornea Programme format has allocated periods of time for Industry Sponsored Satellite Meetings. The EuroTimes Satellite Education Programme will sponsor these events and include promotion, marketing assistance and opportunities for follow-up materials in EuroTimes.
