To register for the tabletop exhibition please log on to the EuCornea ERC and create an Exhibitor Account. Applications will not be accepted by fax or email. A valid credit card must be registered to the account to complete the booking process. The card is not charged automatically as all payments may be completed by wire transfer if preferred. A 25% deposit is required to secure space. This must be submitted within seven working days of the booking being completed.

• 25% Deposit: Due within one week of the booking being completed, to secure space.
• 30 April 2014: Deadline for tabletop booking
• 31 May 2014: Exhibitor Final payment due
Tabletop exhibits must be reserved online through the EuCornea Exhibitor Resource Centre (ERC). The cost is 5,000 euro (excl.vat) per tabletop package and this includes a 6 sqm booth space with basic shell scheme package.
Please note that the EuCornea exhibition will be a completely separate table-top exhibition to the ESCRS/EURETINA exhibition. The EuCornea exhibition will take place on Friday 12 & Saturday 13 September in conjunction with the ESCRS/EURETINA Congress taking place over those days.
Notification of cancellation of a tabletop exhibit must be received in writing by the Organiser on or before 30 April 2014. If notification of a cancellation is received after 30 April 2014, a 50% penalty of the total cost of the booth will be incurred. If notification of cancellation is received after 31 May 2013, 100% of the cost of the tabletop exhibit will be due.
